Qingdao Gihon Auto Parts Co.,LTD is one of the largest manufacturers of friction material. We supply our products to many of the largest retailers and wholesale distributors in China and overseas markets. Now the company holds 60,000 sq.m, and the area of the workshop is 15,000 sq.m. We have 5 brake pads production lines, and the production capacity is 4 million sets per year. With Ceramic, Semi-metallic, Low-metallic formulations, our products can meet customers' different needs. We have testing equipments, such as DYNO testing, NVH noise lab, heat-swell compressing testing, shear testing and Chase testing. We could carry out JASO, AK-Master and LACT simulated testings, also the FMVSS 135 ,105 standard testing. Gihon has perfect quality-assured system, with the ERP managing, we have passed the TS 16949 systems. Our continuing-improvement motivates us to lead the industry in both quality and efficiency.
